ABSTRACT: The article deals with the improving the efficiency of transport and technological service of repairing oil pipelines. The subject of the research is the formation of a rational structure of the production base for maintenance and repairing special technics considering technological factors. By using mathematical modeling method relations between technological factors and structure and parameters of production and technical facilities for the maintenance and repairing special machines in the repairing of oil pipelines were obtained.
