The identification of causative agents of bacterial diseases of tomato was carried out in the laboratory of the Kazakh Research Institute of Protection and Quarantine of Plants by using the method of molecular-genetic analysis – FLASH - PCR. As a result of research it was reviled a species composition of bacterial diseases of tomato, as well as preventive measures for the elimination of bacterial infection in the seeds.
