ABSTRACT:

The article is devoted to the problems of labor standardization in social work, which is necessary to assess the quality and effectiveness of professional labor and to optimize the training at different levels. The article presents the results of experimental research of professional social workers opportunities. Article is based on the research results by order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation (2013).
