ABSTRACT: Annotation: Pyromellitic Anhydride (PMDA) is a raw material for heat resistant polyimide resins, films and coatings.Methods of pyromelliticaciddianhydride synthesis, its properties, use in the industry are in detail considered and structured for the first time herein as well as a possible tendency of these methoddevelopment is estimated.
