ABSTRACT:
Milk is the most important staple food, the development of production of which, according to V.I. Lenin, “indicates improvement of well-being and nutrition conditions of the population”1 and plays the main role in the food security of the country. In the circumstances of market relations, the development of milk production depends on its effectiveness, as there are no capitalists who would work at a loss. Therefore, the problem of effectiveness of milk production has become very important.
