ABSTRACT: This article describes the solution of complex problems, which are called second kind problems. It provides the distinction between the first kind and second kind problems. Solution of a second kind problem is based on the modification of the well-known ant algorithm of decision-making. Modification involves the transition from multiple points of solution searching to the single point. Modification involves incremental resources acquisition and accumulation of experience in solving. Such experience is stored in the database. This model is applicable for searching mathematical and management solutions.
