Macro- and Micromorphological Study of the Leaf, Stem, Root and Rhizome of Verbesina encelioides

ABSTRACT: The macro- and micromorphological characters of the leaf, stem, root and rhizome of Verbesina encelioides (Family Asteraceae) were studied in order to find out the diagnostic features of these organs by which the plant can be easily identified in both the entire and powdered form.
