Dr. Dai-Viet N. Vo received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia in 2011. he moved to Texas A&M University at Qatar, Doha, Qatar to serve as Postdoctoral Research Associate under the guidance of Prof. Dragomir B. Bukur in 2012. He has been appointed as a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Kuantan, Malaysia since 2013. His research areas are the production of green synthetic fuels via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis using biomass-derived syngas from various reforming processes. He is also an expert in advanced material synthesis and catalyst characterization. During his early career, he has published 2 books, 4 book chapters, 75 peer-reviewed journals and more than 80 conference proceedings. He is also the Editorial Board Member of numerous international journals, namely, Scientific Reports, Heliyon, SN Applied Sciences and PLOS ONE. He has served as Guest Editor for several Special Issues and Book Editor for three edited books in CRC Press, Springer and Elsevier publishers
