ABSTRACT: According to the International Grain Council, Kazakhstan will be the world’s top exporter of flour, annually exporting roughly 3.3 million tons of flour (in grain equivalent). The global market for flour exports is roughly 11.5 million tons a year, and Kazakhstan’s share is roughly 19% of the market. Improving the competitiveness of the export potential of flour is feasible though the development of public–private partnership and deep processing technologies for grain products
