ABSTRACT: In this paper the results of modeling of laser radiation effect of on multilayer instrumental composition are presented. The mathematical model of heat distribution in multi-layer body is described, which allows producing a relatively simple numerical data processing. Analysis of the results of the thermal state of the multilayer composition based on the developed mathematical model of the thermal effect of laser radiation on the material is theoretically allows estimating the parameters of laser treatment within the combined hardening treatment.
